Specfic Notes: As far as donors go, I use an over abundance of caution. I do have access to cow blood on occasion so I am in no hurry to rush into an unsafe situation. I would like to get to know any potential donor first, and see if we are compatible personality wise. I am a full Sanguinarian. I have tried to energy feed, and it did not work. It was not for lack of experience dealing with energy: I am a Celtic Reconstructionist Pagan, and have been so for over 25 years. So, since energy feeding is out, blood is my modus operandi. If we hit it off, then, for safety's sake I also would like the following tests:

1. cbc (complete blood count)... includes numbers and appearance of: red blood cells, white blood cells, (plus a differential that breaks the white blood cells down into types) platelets, hemoglobin and hematocrit (the oxygen carrying component of red blood cells)

2. chem 20, (also called a SMAC, or chemical profile) ... includes electrolytes, kidney function tests, liver function tests, blood glucose, total cholesterol, etc.

3. vdrl, also know by other names ... blood serum test for sexually transmitted diseases including syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamidia, etc., but excluding HIV

4. HIV, or elisa test, followed by a western blot ... specifically for HIV / AIDS

I know that this seems like a lot, but I personally know a sang who was not careful and is now HIV positive. I would rather live the rest of my life off of cattle than rush things and take that risk.
